The Adrestia kitchen is led by Chef Hideki Myo, a Tokyo native who brings more than 25 years of culinary experience to the team. He approaches the Adrestia menu by tapping into culinary traditions and ingredients from Japan while focusing on the modern, seasonal cooking he has done for more than two decades in California.
