Named after the Greek goddess of balance, the restaurant embodies this ethos through a dining experience that reflects both globally-inspired flavors alongside the familiarity of classic American cuisine. The new menus highlight the region’s freshest ingredients and showcase the culinary techniques perfected throughout Chef Paul Rohadfox’s more than 25 years in high-end and high-volume culinary destinations.
